The clutch is very durable and made of zinc alloy, so it's likely that unusual force while opening the door may have broken the handle. The only way this can be fixed is by replacing the clutch.

Contact support with a photo or video of the issue so a replacement clutch can be arranged.

Unscrew the backplate on the front of the lock and take a look at the clutch.

Use a star screwdriver to unscrew the clutch.

Reassemble it and check if the handle is working as expected.
