Goki-Why does my Smartlock Pro battery die after a certain amount of time?

First, recharge the battery for 24 hours. Then, go close to the lock, turn the phone's Bluetooth on, and try syncing the battery with Bluetooth via the Spaces app. If the same issue occurs, test the lock with another battery to determine if the problem is with the current battery or not.
