Mapping shows as broken in the dashboard when there is a disconnection between PMS and Goki, or when some API logic or webhooks are updated in PMS, and Goki has not yet received those updates to match. Additionally, it may occur that the Goki card has been disconnected within the PMS marketplace for unknown reasons. In this case, staff should contact the PMS support, not Goki. When a broken token is detected in the PMS, we display mapping errors that disappear after 24 hours once the token is updated or the PMS is reconnected. To fix it, staff can disconnect and reconnect the PMS in the Goki dashboard > Marketplace to receive updates. The broken error will disappear after 24 hours of reconnecting to PMS. Staff can manually remap by tapping on the input and finding the correct mapping, or they can wait 24 hours for the system to automatically remove the broken error.
βNOTE: If the PMS has been connected and is receiving updates, such as transferring all reservations correctly and fully with correct rooms, the broken error doesn't interfere with guest access. It is just a warning to alert that the connection had an issue that needs to be fixed.
β
βNOTE: If the client has completely disconnected from the PMS and no longer intends to use it. Since the error appeared before the disconnection and persists, it won't automatically disappear after 24 hours; therefore, they should remove the space mappings by tapping the 'x' in the mapping input to resolve the error.
