Goki-Troubleshooting transferring reservations from PMS

  1. First, send us a screenshot of the reservation from your PMS.

  2. Tell us the name of the PMS

  3. If it is from Cloudbeds, go to marketplace>cloudbeds>customization and resubscribe to pull the data

  4. If it is from MEWS, go to the marketplace>mews>Sync to PMS

  5. Then, go to the search bar and enter the reservation number. Set the filter to "incoming" or, if it is "checked in," select "check in" or "in house." Pull the information from PMS, then remove the filter and search it again.

  6. Wait for some time and repeat it again, sometimes there must be a delay on transferring data depending on PMS webhook delays an dit would be fixed.

  7. If none of them helped then maybe there is an issue for sending data that our team must review it.
