If it is from Cloudbeds, go to marketplace>cloudbeds>customization and resubscribe to pull the data
If it is from MEWS, go to the marketplace>mews>Sync to PMS
Then, go to the search bar and enter the reservation number. Set the filter to "incoming" or, if it is "checked in," select "check in" or "in house." Pull the information from PMS, then remove the filter and search it again.
Wait for some time and repeat it again, sometimes there must be a delay on transferring data depending on PMS webhook delays an dit would be fixed.
