In this article, we will be discussing how to perform a SmartLock Pro hard reset in case of any complications.
How to hard reset SmartLock Pro
Firstly, please disconnect the lock using Spaces App before hard resetting.
Unscrew the privacy switch that is located in the middle of the lock
Use the removal tool to remove the magnetic back panel
Unscrew the battery case
Insert the removal tool into the reset button
After resetting, the PIN will be 1 2 3 4 5 6
Note:A hard reset must last 5-10 seconds, afterward it must be confirmed by a second beep.
