Once you have learned about how to invite team members, set permissions and assign time shifts here, it's time to look at the user permissions in detail.
1. Change/Edit User Permissions
After the user is added, you can change/edit their permissions by performing the following steps:
Go to Teams
Click on the staff name
Select/Unselect the permissions on the right
2. User Permissions (Full list)
When you access the tab "Permissions", you will be able to select them one by one or use one of the default Permissions: None, Essential, Housekeeping and Full Access.
The full list of permissions is shown below:
3-Security Permission:
You can manage Admin PIN view and PIN view, and enable who has access to it:
View the PIN of the locks
Generate the manual PINs for locks
View the admin PIN
Edit the admin PIN
View PIN of locks
Edit PIN of the lock
If staff have "the view PIN" permission but NOT the "Manage PIN permission" in logs, we show all PINs.
If staff have "the view admin PIN" permission but NOT the "Edit Admin PIN permission" in logs, we show Admin PIN.
If the Staff doesn't have the Security permission, in the lock logs, we don't show the Admin PINs and other PINs.
If Staff have just the"view admin PIN" permission, they can't change the admin PIN.
If staff unlock with Bluetooth or remotely, we show the staff name in logs.
If the user has AdminPinView, the admin pin will be visible, and if he has SecretsView permission, secrets will be visible, and they're independent.
Admin Pin View and Manage are not dependent on PIN-view and PIN-manage.
In the Spaces app, while installing the lock, hide the admin PIN from the lock setup sheet if staff don't have the view Admin PIN permission.
Ignore the custom admin PIN in the Spaces app if the user doesn’t have access to edit the admin PIN
