Overview
Properties can send door access to guests by email or SMS.
Guests can open the web app using the link they receive, complete verification with an activation code, and then view and unlock available doors.
Before You Start
Before using the web app, make sure:
You received an access message from the property (email or SMS)
Your phone has an internet connection
You can access the same email inbox or phone number that received the message
The door lock is online for remote unlock
Key Concepts
Guest: A person receiving access from the property.
Web App: A browser-based experience for viewing and using door access.
Magic Link: A secure link sent by the property that opens the web app.
Activation Code: A one-time code used to confirm access.
Reference Number: A booking reference used to add additional keys.
How to Access the Web App
Option 1: Guest Received Access by SMS
If the property sent access by SMS, guests can open the web app directly from the message.
Open the SMS from the property.
Review the access information in the message.
Tap the web app link to open it.
Option 2: Guest Received Access by Email
If the property sent access by email, guests can start the web app flow from the email.
Open the email from the property.
Tap Get Mobile Key.
Continue in the web app.
How Activation Code Verification Works
Guests receive the activation code using the same channel the property used.
If the property sent access by SMS, the activation code is sent by SMS.
If the property sent access by email, the activation code is sent by email.
How to Verify Access (Activation Code)
Open the web app from the email or SMS link.
Request the activation code (if prompted).
Confirm where the code was sent (masked email or phone number is shown).
Enter the activation code.
Tap Verify.
Notes
Guests will see a masked version of the contact method, such as:

How to View Doors and Unlock (Home Tab)
After verification, guests can view doors they have access to.
Open the Home tab.
View the list of accessible doors.
Tap a door name to unlock it (online doors only).
Notes
Remote unlock works only when the lock is online.
If a door is offline, the unlock option may not be available.
Web App Navigation Tabs
The web app includes three tabs at the bottom of the screen:
Home: Door access and unlock actions
Keys: All keys available for the guest on cards
Settings: Guest options and preferences
How to View All Keys (Keys Tab)
Tap the Keys tab.
Review the full list of keys available to the guest.
How to Add Another Key (Reference Number + Surname)
Guests can add more keys if they have booking details.
Tap the Keys tab.
Tap the + (Add) button.
Enter the Reference Number.
Enter the Surname.
Tap Add Key to continue.
Empty States (When Access Is Not Available)
The web app shows different messages depending on access status.
Guests may see an empty state if:
Access has not started yet
Access has expired
No doors are assigned to the guest

Use the same email or phone number that received the access message
Add the key using reference number and surname if you have multiple bookings

I didn’t receive the activation code
Check your SMS inbox or email inbox depending on how the property sent access.
I verified the code but don’t see any doors
Your access may not be active yet, or no doors are assigned.
I can’t unlock the door
Remote unlock works only when the lock is online.
