Find Keys
To locate a specific key, go to the Keys section. In this section, you’ll find a list of all created keys with various options to help you filter and search for exactly what you need. The available criteria for filtering include:
User Groups: Filter by the key's current status (e.g., active, inactive, expired). This helps you quickly view only the keys currently in use or those needing attention.
Users: Filter by the key owner to see keys assigned to specific individuals. This is ideal when you need to quickly locate keys managed by a particular person or team member.
Date: Sort or filter by the keys' creation or expiration date. This option is valuable for tracking key lifecycles.
You can use the search bar to enter the owner’s name directly for an even quicker search. This allows you to instantly locate all keys associated with a specific owner, streamlining your workflow and making it easier to find exactly what you’re looking for.
Admin roles can search keys by doorcode value. To enable this feature, the admin should go to the Settings > Customisation page to enable the Doorcode Search & Visibility toggle (This toggle is off by default). When the setting is enabled, and the user has the Admin role, Doorcodes will be visible by default on the key listing items (cards/rows) and on the key details card, and Admin can search the Doorcode on search box on the Keys page.
