1.Introduction

If you need to update Keys for their owners, click on the 'Keys' tab. Here, you can view, add, and update Keys for guests, staff, and visitors. Simply click on a name in the Owner column to be redirected to their details, where you can see the accesses and devices that have been authorized for them.

2. Update your Key Access

To update the Key Access, click on the three dots located to the right of the Doors table and select 'Edit Doors'.

The system will display the following options:

  • Permissions: Allow Provisioning, Allow Linked Doors Access, Protect Configuration

  • Access Period: Set the entrance and exit dates for the Key to be active.

  • Arrival Time and Departure Time: Specify the times for user access.

  • Day and Hour Limitations: Indicate if access should be restricted to certain days of the week or specific hours of the day.

If you need to modify a user’s access, you can click on any credentials:

To save your updates once you are terminated, click on the Update widget.

3. Revoke Keys Access

To revoke access:

  1. Click on the three dots located on the right side of the Doors table.

  2. Select 'Revoke Device’.

For security purposes, the system will prompt you to confirm the action by typing 'revoke.' After entering the text, click on 'Revoke Door' to save your changes.
