Prior to the installation of Goki locks, you must first create your Gboard. This is where you can manage your property, locks, integrations, and more. Gboard is a robust platform that can be accessed from anywhere and is designed to work seamlessly with the Spaces app (more details on that to come!).

What is GBoard and when do I use it?

With Gboard, you can easily manage all the locks of your properties directly from the front desk, office, home, or even the beach! Within Gboard, you will find Spaces, Locks, statuses, Guest Reservations details, and several other features such as managing shoutouts and picking up chats with guests. It is a centralised platform that allows you to efficiently manage your property locks and guest access.

The Spaces app is a versatile workspace for managing your Goki locks. With Spaces, staff members can easily manage and monitor property rooms, connect Goki hardware, generate guest PINs, manage access, and perform many other functions. It is an all-in-one application designed to streamline lock management and enhance security for your property.
