Staff can access the Spaces App during their time shift.
Staff will always be able to open doors or even generate an emergency PIN (4 Digit PIN) while there is no Internet (or Goki is down).
Notes:
Time shifts should work as expected in offline mode
Staff can open the App during shift hours so the App can save the information and offline mode will activate
If the staff opens the Spaces App with the Internet and gets a time shift limit error, the Spaces App will not work in offline mode either as the App couldn’t get the required information before
Staff can open all SmartLocks from rooms/commons listing or SmartLock details
Staff can create a 4digit PIN and PINs will be synced on the next app start or when the user opens a SmartLock details page while there is an Internet connection
Staff can’t change the active property in offline mode
