Update Property Details

Keep your property information accurate for communication and branding.

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Select Property.

  3. Update the property name, email, phone number, address, or logo.

  4. Click Save.

  5. Click on the logo to Remove if necessary.


Switch Between Properties

If you manage multiple properties, you can switch between them at any time.

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Open the Properties tab.

  3. Select a property.

  4. Click Go to Dashboard.
    or

  5. Click on the arrow on the top left and search property from the dropdown.


Add a new property

  1. Go to Setting

  2. Open Organization tab

  3. Click on Add New property

  4. Enter Type, Name, Email, Phone, Address, and Timezone, and click on Add new property button to save it.

View Team Members

See who has access to your organization.

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Open the Teams tab.

  3. Review the list of team members.


Adjust Property Customization Settings

Customization settings control time, format, and notification behavior.

Set Timezone

The timezone determines how dates, times, and key access windows are calculated.

  1. Go to SettingsCustomization.

  2. Review the current timezone.

To change the timezone, contact the Portal support team.


Set Date & Time Format

Choose formats that match your local standards.

  1. Go to SettingsCustomization.

  2. Select Date Format.

  3. Select Time Format.


Set Default Key Arrival & Departure Times

These times define when keys become active and expire.

  1. Go to SettingsCustomization.

  2. Set Default Arrival Time.

  3. Set Default Departure Time.


Enable Key Notifications

Control how guests receive access details.

  1. Go to SettingsCustomizationKey Notifications.

  2. Toggle Email on.

  3. Toggle SMS on.

Changes are saved automatically and apply immediately.


Timezone Handling

Portal applies the property timezone consistently across the system:

  • All date and time pickers use the property timezone

  • Displayed dates reflect the property timezone

  • Time pickers default to the current local property time

When creating a new key:

  • Arrival and departure times follow the property settings

  • Access windows are generated based on these times

  • Set the correct timezone before creating keys

  • Use consistent date and time formats across properties

  • Review notification settings after onboarding a new property

Troubleshooting / FAQs

My key times look incorrect
Check the property timezone and default arrival/departure times.

I can’t change the timezone
Timezone changes require assistance from Portal support.

Guests are not receiving notifications
Confirm that Email or SMS notifications are enabled in Customization.
