You'll need to manage your gateway so that you can maintain a reliable network connection. You can follow the steps below to access and manage your gateway information.
1. How to connect the Gateway
Connect the gateway through the Portal App to access all features in one place.
The App provides centralised control and monitoring for your network.
In the Portal app, open the tab → Gateways.
Tap the + button.
Choose the Gateway type and name it.
Make sure Bluetooth is on, then power-cycle the Air (plug/unplug) so the app can find it.
If it’s an Air G2, tap the device in the app and let it search for nearby Wi-Fi.
Select your network, enter the Wi-Fi password, and Connect.
Make sure it was not connected to another property.
To reconnect the Gateway to WIFI:
Navigate to the Gateway tab in the app.
Select the gateway.
Unplug the gateway and plug it back in.
Wait for the gateway to appear in the list of available devices.
Tap Wi-Fi.
Allow the app to search for available Wi-Fi networks.
Select the desired Wi-Fi network and enter the password if prompted.
Tap Connect and verify that the gateway successfully reconnects to the Wi-Fi network.
