Check the Device Information
Managing your devices effectively starts with understanding the key information and settings available for each one. First, you can access and review all the details of your devices by navigating to the Devices section in your control panel. Select the device you want to review to access its details and you will find all of these sections:
Info
In the Info section, you can find critical device details, including:
Connectivity Status: See whether the device is online or offline.
Battery Level: Check the current battery percentage.
Device Time: Confirm that the device's internal clock is synchronized.
Hardware Information: View details such as the device model and hardware version.
Firmware: Check the firmware version installed on the device.
Keys
The Keys section allows you to view all the keys associated with the device. This is useful for managing access and ensuring security.
Settings
Finally, go to the Settings section to see and adjust the device’s configuration. Here, you can customise the device according to your needs, including access preferences and other operational settings.
System and Access Logs
You can view the device’s logs to track activity and events. Use the filtering feature to quickly find specific information, such as access attempts, system errors, or configuration changes.
