Introduction

In the Settings section, you will be able to perform the following actions:


1. Update your property Details

Maintaining accurate property information is essential for effective communication and presenting a professional image. Here’s how you can quickly update your property details such as the property’s name, email address, phone number, address, and logo.

  • Go to Settings → Property → Update Details → Save

2. Switch between Properties

If you own two or more properties, managing them is crucial. You can easily switch between your properties to access their specific features and settings.

Within this section, you’ll find the Properties tab, which displays all the properties you are a member of.

  • Select the Property → Go to Dashboard


3. View Team Members of your organization

If you need to see who else is part of your organization, the Teams tab is the place to go. Located within the same Organization section, this tab lists all the members of your team. It’s a simple and effective way to understand your team’s composition and facilitate collaboration.

4. Adjust Property Settings & Configurations (Customization)

To adjust your property settings such as Time Zone, Date, Time Format and Key’s default arrival and departure time, follow the next steps:

  • Go to Settings → Customization → Timezone (This ensures that all time-related operations are accurate and synchronized with your region.)

  • Go to Settings → Customization → Date & Format (Choose the format that aligns with your standard practices to maintain consistency)

  • Go to Settings → Customization → Keys’ default arrival and departure time

  • Go to Settings→ Customization→ Keys Notifications. Toggle on Email and SMS

Once you’ve made the necessary adjustments, the system will save your changes automatically. This ensures that the updated settings are applied immediately.

7. Timezone Handling

  • Adding timezone in all date/time pickers.

  • Dates now show in the property’s timezone.

  • Time picker now sets the current local time based on the property

How to set the Timezone

  • Access Settings in Portal > Customisation> Date/time Format >Set Date format, Time format, Arrival time and departure time

  • In the Key section (portal), when you create a new key> Arrival time and Departure time will be according to the times you set in the Portal, so access time will be generated according to these times.
