Akia + Portal
1. Introduction

2. How to connect Akia with Portal
Go to Portal> Apps - This will display the available apps, including Akia
Press on “Connect” > Once it opens the Akia page, you need to press the “Connect” button again
Contact Akia support and share the Portal property ID to complete the connection process.
This app will have access to the following permissions:
Get Space Information: Retrieve information about a specific space
Get Device Information: Retrieve basic information about a device
Get Keychain: Retrieve information about a keychain
Get Keychain Credentials: Retrieve credentials for a keychain
Get Keychain Owner: Retrieve information about a keychain owner
Get Key Information: Retrieve information about a specific key
Get Key Credentials: Retrieve credentials for a key
Get Keycard: Retrieve information about a keycard

For communication with guests, Akia uses: SMSes, WhatsApp, Email, Airbnb, BDC/VRBO/EXP, Messenger.
