1. Introduction
In Portal, you gain access to a wealth of insights and reports that provide a comprehensive view of your locks and keys. Portal offers a user-friendly interface that makes this information readily available. With various reports at your fingertips, you can easily identify trends, and assess the efficiency of your locks. We will see the different reports that you can check in your dashboard.
2. Unlocks insights
This insight provides a detailed breakdown of unlock activities, showing you the total number of times different types of keys have been used to access your locks. Here’s what each metric covers:
Total Unlocks: This number represents the overall count of unlocks across all key types, giving you a general overview of access activity.
Total Smart Key Unlocks: This metric specifies the total instances where a smart key was used for unlocking. Smart keys are typically digital keys managed via an app, offering a secure and flexible access option.
Total Doorcode Unlocks: This shows the total number of unlocks made using door codes. Door codes are numeric codes assigned to users, allowing keyless entry by entering a unique code at the lock.
Total Keycard Unlocks: This counts the total unlocks completed with keycards.
Together, these metrics give you a comprehensive view of how different access methods are utilized, helping you monitor patterns and preferences in lock usage.
3. Keys insights
At the bottom of the dashboard, you’ll find key metrics that provide insights into access trends and key usage:
Mobile Key Adoption (This Month): This shows the percentage of users who have adopted mobile keys this month, helping you track the popularity of mobile-based access.
Active Keys (Today): Displays the total number of keys currently active for today, giving you a real-time view of access activity.
Upcoming Keys (Tomorrow): Indicates the number of keys scheduled to be active tomorrow, allowing you to prepare for upcoming access needs.
